Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 With 18:9 Full-Screen Display Set To Launch In India Very Soon

Chinese phone maker Xiaomi has today launched most-awaited smartphone Mi Mix 2 smartphone an event in Beijing (China) . Apart from this, at this event, Xiaomi has launched Mi Note 3 smartphone and Mi Notebook Pro laptop in China . Now, the company is planning to launch it’s Mi Mix 2 smartphone with 18:9 full-screen display in India very soon . However, there is no any informations about Mi Note 3 will come to India or not.

Manu Jain, Group Vice President and Managing Director, Xiaomi India has today twitted on a official Twitter handler with a caption, “Breaking news Mi Fans: Mi MIX 2 will be launching in India soon,”, RT if you are excited about this amazing news”. The images of this Mi Mix 2 smartphone shows the specifications and features, which was launched in China event today.

As for your informations, it has been a long time since Xiaomi has announced a flagship smartphone in India. The last one was Mi 5, which was launched sometime in April last year and since then, there has been a long gap. The brand has launched a plethora of devices in the budget and mid-range segments, but there no launch in the premium or mid-premium range.

To rewind the Mi Mix 2 smartphone specifications, this new Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 smartphone was designed by French designer Philippe Starck who also designed the predecessor Mi Mix smartphone . As for your informations, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 smartphone has 11.9% percent smaller in the body compared to the 6.4-inch Xiaomi Mi Mix predecessor, and 2.5 percent thinner, and 11.5 percent lighter . Speaking about the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 smartphone specifications, it featuring a frame built out of 7-Series aluminium, holding in the four-sided curved ceramic body and sports 5.99-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 18:9 full screen display with 1500:1 contrast ratio, DCI-P3 color gamut that looks very gorgious.

It comes in three variants – First Variant comes with 6GB LPDDR4x RAM with 64GB inbuilt storage caoacity, second variant comes with 6GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB inbuilt onboard storage capacity and third variant is 6GB LPDDR4x RAM with 256GB onboard storage capacity . Besides this, Xiaomi has also announced a Mi MIX 2 Special Edition model comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage capacity.

Under the hood, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 device is powered by Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 64-bit 14nm chipset processor clocked speed at 2.45GHz, which is coupled with Adreno 540 Graphics unit . On the software-front, the device is running on Android v7.1 Nougat operating system which will be wrapped under MIUI 9 skin on top out of the box . The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 handset has ceramic body and uses Cantilever piezoelectric ceramic acoustic system instead of a standard earpiece, allowing you to listen to calls without the earpiece, similar to the predecessor which is Mi Mix smartphone.

 

This Dual-SIM (nano-SIM) Smartphone also houses a fingerprint sensor to unlocking the phone within a seconds .
