Moto G4 Plus Smartphone Will Also Get Android Oreo Update

Motorola has recently unveileds the list of smartphones that will get Android 8.0 Oreo updates, which is also called as, Android Oreo, but the Moto G4 Series smartphone was totally missing in this list . Now, the company has officially announced and confirmed that the Moto G4 Plus will get to taste Android Oreo update . So, we can expect that the device will upgraded to Android Oreo very soon.

When the Motorola has launched Moto G4 Plus smartphone, the company has also said that, the company will rolls out Android Oreo update, but a few days ago, when the Motorola company has unveiled the list of smartphone that will get Android 8.0 Oreo update, where the Moto G4 Plus smartphone be missing . However, the company has updated the list and now the Moto G4 Plus will get the Android O update.

“It’s been brought to our attention that there were some errors in our marketing materials around Android O upgrades for Moto G4 Plus. This was an oversight on our part and we apologize for this miscommunication. It’s our general practice for the Moto G family to get one major OS upgrade per device, but it’s important to us we keep our promises, so in addition to the N upgrade it has already received, we will be upgrading Moto G4 Plus to Android O. Because this is an unplanned upgrade, it will take some time to fit it into our upgrade schedule. A few days ago, the Motorola company has unveiled the list of Moto devices that will receive the Android 8.0 Oreo updates . This list includes Moto Z, Moto Z Droid, Moto Z Force Droid, Moto Z Play, Moto Z Play Droid, Moto Z2 Play, Moto Z2 Force Edition, Moto G5, Moto G5 Plus, Moto G5S, Moto G5S Plus and Moto X4.

However, the Motorola company has provides any exact date of Android Oreo rolls out to Moto G4 Plus, but it is expected to coming very soon, starting this fall.
