BlackBerry Motion With 5.5-inch 1080p Display, SD 625 SoC, 4000 mAH Battery And Water-Resistant Body Announced

After various leaks and rumors, Chinese multinational electronics company Telephone Communication Limited (TCL) has today launched a much-anticipated smartphone at GITEX Technology Week in Dubai, dubbed as, “BlackBerry Motion” . It comes with a Full Touchscreen display with no Keyboard, unlike the previous model comes with BlackBerry KeyOne . This mid-range smartphone comes with customizable Smart Convenience Key, powered by Snapdragon 625 SoC and IP67 Certified ratings which means it is dust and water resistant.

The BlackBerry Motion smartphone comes in Black color and is priced at DH 1,699 (roughly USD$ 462 or Rs. 30,203) in UAE and 1,699 Riyal (roughly USD$ 453 or Rs. 29,587) in Saudi Arabia . This Samrtphone will be distributed by Axiom Telecom in the Middle East, and also available from Etisalat . For now, it will be up for pre-orders in UAE and KSA starting from today and will be rolled out to other markets later . There is no word on when the BlackBerry Motion smartphone will be made be available in India, but we expect that the device will be launching soon.

This BlackBerry Motion is mid-range Dual-SIM Standby smartphone sports a large 5.5-inch Full HD IPS touchscreen display with a screen resolution 1920 x 1080 pixels at 403 ppi pixel density to provides a stunning visual experience . The Screen of this display is protected by Scratch-resistant DragonTrail Glass protection . In terms of design-wise, it has hardened aluminum frame and soft-grip textured back.

For the photography department, the BlackBerry Motion smartphone s equipped wiith a single 12-megapixel primary rear camera comes with f/2.0 aperture lens, dual-tone LED Flash, Sony IMX378 sensor, 1.55µm pixel size, Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF) to taking brilliiant photography . Apart from this, it also recording 4K video capabiliity with high resolution . While on the front, it bears a 8-megapixel front facing selfie sensor with f/2.2 aperture lens, 1.12µm pixel size to taking a good selfies and video chat as well.
