Sharp Aquos S2 Smartphone Set To Be Launched In China On August 8th

Sharp Mobile has launched Sharp X1 Android One Smartphone in Japan in July at the price tag of JPY 70,524 . Now, the Sharp Mobile company is planning to launch a new smartphone with Bezel-Less display at a global event in Beijing (China) on August 8th, which is called as, “Sharp Aquos S2”. This Sharp Aquos S2 will go to sale in China from August 14th . Apart from this, the Sharp company also claims that, it is the 29th Full-Screen Android smartphone from the house of Sharp.

The Sharp Aquos S2 is the first Full-Screen smartphone that is launching outside the home market . The device has used FFD (Free Form Display) technology to make small holes precisely in the screen for front camera and receiver that promises the best audio quality and front camera experience. The company said that it will continuously explore in the field of 100% bezel less screen phone and aim to achieve technology breakthroughs in screen and anti-dropping technologies.

As according to the earlier rumors leaked and Benchmarking, the upcoming Sharp Aquos S2 smartphone is expected to comes with 5.5-inch Full Screen HD Touchscreen display with a screen resolution 2048 x 1080 pixels with a screen-to-body ratio of 84.95% percent. Under the hood, the device is expected to be powered by powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 SoC or Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC . The device comes with either 4GB of RAM or 6GB of RAM for huge and fast processing multi-tasking.

The earlier leaks also confirms that, the Sharp Aquos S2 smartphone is running on latest Android v7.1.1 Nougat operating system and interestingly comes with under-glass fingerprint sensor technology . On the imaging front, there is a 8-megapixel front facing selfie sensor and has a Dual rear cameras setup combinations , which includes 12MP + 12MP rear cameras to capturing depth sensing and bokeh effect.
