GST Impact : Apple iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac, iMac Gets A Huge Price Cut

The Indian Government has introduced Good and Services Tax (GST), a forward looking tax reform, from 1st July 2017 . It replaces the existing Service Tax and reduces the overall tax paid on the various products . Now, tech giant Apple Electronics Inc. has officially slashed the price of all its products Like Apple iPhone, Apple iPad, Apple Watch, Apple Mac and Apple iMac, and including its latest iPad Pro and Macs that were introduced last month in India . The main aim of GST to provide Single Tax, Simple Tax and Transparent Tax to the consumers.

Because of Good and Services Tax (GST), the Apple Company has Apple iPhone has received up to Rs.6,600 price cut, Apple iPad has received price cut by up to Rs. 3,900 and Apple Macbook has gets up to Rs.11,800 price cut . It has been several months since Apple officially announced a price cut for iPhone. Even though Apple sets a standard MRP, some third-party retailers sell the smartphones at cheaper rate.
