Airtel To Launch 4G Featured Phone With Bundled Offers To Take On Relaine JioPhone

Recently, Reliance Industries, Chairman and Managing Director Mukesh Ambani has launched JioPone 4G VoLTE feature at 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) . Now, today Airtel has today announced, they will launch 4G VoLTE feature in India by the end of March 2018.

According to the popular tech website Phone Radar, Airtel is coming up with a 4G VoLTE feature phone to give a stiff tough competition to Reliance Jio 4G feature phone and expectecto be launch at the Price tag of Rs. 1,000 with bundled offers and plans to attract more and more customers towards them . Apart from this, Phone Radar reports also claims that, Airtel Joins hands to home-grown smartphone manufacturing Intex or Micromax to productions of low-cost 4G Feature phone.

Moreover, Airtel has announced two major developments by the March 2018 – the comapny will launch 4G VoLTE network services across the nation and partner with smartphone manufacturing company to offering low cost 4G VoLTE feature phone.

Airtel has also announced that, they will not announced any Subsidize on the 4G V0LTE feature phone but it comes with more exciting bundled offers to grab the more more market share in the 4G segment.

Gopal Vittal, Chief executive & Managing Director of Airtel said that:

“We have no intention to get into subsidizing devices and running the inventory as if we own them. There is a difference between subsidizing and bundling. We have done that on the smartphone side for many years.
