ZTE Nubia Z17 Smartphone Launched In China with Snapdgragon 835 SoC & Quick Charge 4.0

ZTE’s Sub-brand Nubia has launched it’s high-end flagship in china, dubbed as,“Nubia Z17” . This Nubia Z17 is the successor version of Nubia Z17 Mini which was recently launched in china . In terms of design-wise, the device sports a unibody metal design constructions and comes with a sleek form factor with just 7.45 mm thickness that looks very premium.

As for the specs-wise, the Nubia Z17 sports a 5.5-inchFull HD bezel-less display of a screen resolution 1920 x 1080 pixels with 450 nits brightness, 96% NTSC color gamut and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass protection that protect your handset from screen resistant and from minor damages . Underneath, the smartphone is powered by 2.45 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 64-bit 10nm Octa-Core processor coupled with Adreno 540 GPU . The device comes in three variants – 6GB LPDDR4x RAM with 64GB (UFS 2.1) inbuilt storage capacity , 6GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB (UFS 2.1) inbuilt storage capacity and 8GBLPDDR4x RAM with 128GB (UFS 2.1) inbuilt storage space . You can further expandable memory through microSD card slot to store a large number of stuffs in it.

The Nubia company claims that the device is water resistant and it has passed 39 process for it but it has not mentioned any IP ratings . It also houses a Fingerprint sensors on the back panel that allows users to unlock your phone fastly within a seconds . At the front part, there is a company’s trademarked red circular haptic Home button.

For the optics department, the ZTE Nubia Z17 smartphone has Dual rear cameras setup combinations which consists – 12-megapixel rear camera comes with f/1.8 aperture lens , 1.4 µm pixel size , 0.03 second dual pixel focus , 1/2.55″ CMOS sensor , dual-tone LED flash and 23-megapixel secondary camera comes with f/2.0 aperture lens along with 2x optical zoom and 10x dynamic zoom . On the front, it bears a 16-megapixel front facing selfie sensor comes with f/2.0 aperture lens , 80-degree wide-angle lens to taking a good selfies and better quality video chattings even in low light conditions . It also comes with NeoVision 7.0 camera features.

On the software front, the Nubia Z17 smartphone runs on latest Android v7.1.1 Nougat operating system based on Nubia UI 5.0 skin on top out of the box . The device is backed by massive 3,200 mAH battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0 technology supports.

The Nubia Z17 smartphone with 6GB RAM & 64GB inbuilt onboard storage capacity will be available at the price tag of CNY 2799 (which is roughly around USD$410 or Rs.26,463), and 6GB RAM with 128GB inbuilt onboard storage capacity is priced at CNY 3399 (roughly around USD$498 or Rs.32,136) and high-end variant Nubia Z17 8GB RAM with 128GB onboard storage space will be priced at CNY 3999 ( which is approximately USD$586 or Rs.37,809) . This top-end flagship will be made available for order starting today and officially goes on sale in China starting from June 6th.
