Huawei Technologies Company Ltd. has launched number of budget smartphones in the market within the last couple of months . Now, the Huawei company has launched another budget smartphone in the Y-Series department, which is dubbed as, “Hyawei Y7 Prime” . The Huawei Y7 Prime has been launched officially in Honkong at the price tag of HKD 1,880 ( which is roughly around USD$241 or Rs.15,520) and will be made available through Hong Kong’s Vmall . This Huawei Y7 Prime smartphone was very similar to the recently launched Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus in China.

The Huawei Y7 Prime goes officially in Honkong in three different colour options – Gold, Grey and Silver colour options.

Now jumping straight to the Huawei Y7 Prime smartphone specifications, it featuring a sleek metal unibody design constructions and it sports a 5.5-inch HD IPS 2.5D Curved Glass Display with a screen resolution 1280 x 720 pixels . Design-wise, the smartphone comes with no home button in the front, and on screen navigation buttons . The Volume Rocker button and Power button are available in the right side of the handset, a 3.5 mm headphone jack sits at the top edge, and Fingerprint Scanner is placed on the rear panel at just below the rear camera.

On the Software front, the Huawei Y7 Prime smartphone is running on Android v7.0 Nougat operating system based on EMUI 5.1 skin on top out of the box and is powered by 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 octa core chipset processor which is paired with Adreno 505 GPU . The device comes with huge 3GB of RAM, 32 GB of inbuilt onboard storage capacity and further can be expandable memory up to 256GB through microSD card slot to store number of stuffs in it . The device houses a Fingerprint sensor on the back panel just below the rear camera that allows users to unlock your phone within a 0.3 seconds.
