HTC U11 “Squeezable” High-End Flagship Launched In India For Rs.51,990

Taiwanese Consumer Electronics company HTC Corporation has finally took the wraps off it’s HTC U11 “squeezable” smartphone in India today . The new HTC U11 smartphone has been launched in India at the price tag of Rs.51,990 and will be made available from Amazon India online shopping website and through offline retail stores from the last week of June . Pre-orders on HTC e-store will start from tomorrow, 17th June and customers who pre-order will get a free HTC flip-cover worth Rs. 1,999.

Jumping straight to the specifications, the HTC U11 smartphone featuring a 5.5-inch Quad HD Super LCD 5 display with a screen resolution 2560 x 1440 pixels and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection . Under the hood, the device is powered by powerful 2.45 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 octa core chipset processor coupled with Adreno 540 graphics unit . The main attractions of this HTC U11 smartphone is its ‘squeezable’ side bezels . Interestingly, the device is packaging with eight-sensors on the side bezels to register the squeeze . These sensors are integrated with the Edge Sense and lets users long press to launch any app.
