Today, Indian smartphone manufacturing company has re-introduced it’s the canvas series, which is called as, “Micromax Canvas 2 (2017)” , which is available at the price tag of Rs.11,499 and will be made available at all retail outlets across the country from tomorrow, May 17th . This latest mid-range flagship is packaging with a new Corning Gorilla Glass 5 2.5D cover glass which is very rare case present in this price category.

The new Micromax Canvas 2 (2017) smartphone has been launched in partnership with Airtel . The Airtel mobile operator will offering 1-year’s of free 4G Internet data (capped at 1GB/per day) and unlimited free calling to any mobile network after the purchase of Canvas 2 (2017) . This means, you will get 600 minutes of free calling every month and it is applicable for new and existing prepaid users.

As far as the specifications are concerned, the Micromax Canvas 2 (2017) smartphone has a Dual SIM-Card standby and it sports a 5.0-inch HD IPS touchscreen display with a screen resolution 1280 x 720 pixels that provides clear and sharper image with high contrast ratio and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection that protect your phone from unwanted screen resistant, minor and major damages . Under the hood, the device is powered by 1.3 GHz MediaTek 6737 quad-core processor which is coupled with 3 GB of RAM.

Storage-wise, the device is packaging with 16 GB of internal storage capacity and can be expandable memory up to 64 GB through microSD card slot to store a large number of stuffs in it .
