LG X Venture Rugged Smartphone With 5.2-inch Display, 16MP Rear Camera & 4,100 mAH Battery Launched

South-Korean smartphone manufacturing company LG announced a new rugged smartphone in the the X-Series department, which is called as, “LG X Venture” . The main attraction of this LG X Venture is IP68 Certified ratings which means water and dust resistance ( which can be immersed in 1.5m of water for up to 30 minutes) and also passing also passed 14-different MIL-STD 810G tests designed for the US Military.

 

In terms of specifications-wise, the LG X Venture rugged smartphone featuring a metal frame coupled with non-slip back cover . Interestingly, the device also comes with QuickButton on the side and three physical keys on the front, which allow customers to interact with the phone while wearing gloves or in wet or muddy environments . It works differently depending on how you pressed the button — short press button for Outdoor Essentials, long press button for settings and double press to toggle Glove Mode to recognize screen taps and swipes with gloved fingers . It can be further customised to launch apps and works even when the screen is off.. For the photography enthusiasts, the LG X Venture smartphone comes with 16-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, autofocus and a 5-megapixel front selfie sensor with 120-degree wide angle lens to taking good selfies and for video chat as well . Other primary camera featuring that adds beauty to this smartphone are as Geo-tagging, touch focus, face/smile detection, HDR, panorama mode.
