Honor 6A With Android Nougat & 3,020 mAH battery Launched In China

Shortly after launching the Honor 6C smartphone, Huawei’s sub-brand Honor launched a new 4G VoLTE enabled smartphone in China, dubbed as,“Honor 6A” . The Honor 6A smartphone comes in two variants – 2 GB RAM with 16 GB inbuilt storage capacity which is priced at Yuan 799 ( roughly USD$116 or Rs.7,516) and 3 GB RAM with 32 GB inbuilt storage variants which is priced at Yuan 999 (roughly around USD$145 or Rs.9,398) . The upcoming Honor 6A smartphone will be made available from June 1st in China through Vmall.com and JD.com shopping website.

Design wise, the Honor 6A smartphone featuring unibody metal design and sports 5.0-inch HD Touchscreen display with a screen resolution 1280 x 720 pixels . Under the hood, the device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 ( 4 cores at 1.2 GHz Cortex A53 + 4 cores at 1.5 GHz Cortex A53) 64-bit octa core processor coupled with Adreno 505 GPU . Storage-wise, the device is packaging with 2GB RAM with 16 GB ROM and 3 GB RAM with 32 GB ROM . The internal storage capacity can be expandable memory up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

Software wise, the Honor 6A smartphone is running on Android v7.0 Nougat operating system based on Huawei’s EMUI 5.1 skin on top out of the box . As for the optics section, the Honor 6A smartphone is equipped with 13-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, PDAF , 28 mm focal length, 5P lens and 1080p video recording capability while on the front, it boasts a 5-megapixel front facing selfie camera . The device has a fingerprint Scanner on the rear panel that helps to unlock your phone in just 0.5 second.
