Xiaomi Mi 6 Smartphone Launching In India In Next Month Starting At Rs.26,999

Recently, Chinese phone maker Xiaomi has launched it’s high-end specifications Mi 6 an event in China . Now, the Xiaomi has all set to launching it’s latest flagship in the Global market too . In that global market, India is one of the favourite market of Xiaomi smartphones . As from report, the Xiaomi is planning to launch it’s Xiaomi Mi 6 in India in next month, May and the sale of this device will kickstart from June . In India, the Xiaomi Company has talking with popular shopping website Flipkart.com & Amazon.in to flesh out launch deals.

Speaking about the Xiaomi Mi 6 specifications, it sports a stainless steel frame sandwiched between two layers of glass (on the front and back) and witha four-sided 3D Glass design constructions abd it boasts 5.15-inch 1080p Full HD touchscreen display . The upcoming Xiaomi Mi 6 flagship has glass on the front and back with a stainless steel frame in between . Under the hood, the device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 64 bit 10nm octa-core processor clocked speed at 2.45 GHz which is coupled with Adreno 540 GPU Graphics unit for smooth and reliable performance.

As far as the storage are concerned, the Xiaomi Mi 6 device is packaging with 6GB of RAM and comes in two storage variants like as 64 GB inbuilt storage space and 128 GB onboard storage capacity . Out-of-the box, the smartphone is running on Android v7.1.1 Nougat operating system based on MIUI 8 skin on top of it . The smartphone is powered by 3,350 mAH battery power capacity which is coupled with MIUI optimisations which enable the Mi 6 to last up to a full day operations . Apart from this, the Mi 6 houses a fingerprint sensor embedded on the front under the glass.

As for the optics department, the Xiaomi Mi 6 smartphone is equipped with Dual camera setup at the back panel – which includes 12-megapixel wide-angle sensor , f/1.8 aperture , dual-tone LED flash , 4K video recording , 1.25µm pixel size , 4-axis Optical Image stabilisation and 12-megapixel telephoto lens that can delivers up to 2x optical lossless zoom to shoot scenes at a distance more clearly. The smartphone also comes with 4-axis anti-shake functionality to ensure blur-free photos/images . On the front part , the Mi 6 boasts 8-megapixel front facing camera for taking decent selfies and video callings as well . Further, the Xiaomi Mi 6 smartphone has also a splash-resistant, and comes with the SIM tray also sealed against splashes.

On the connectivity front, the Xiaomi Mi 6 device includes WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n) , Bluetooth v4.2 , GPS with AGPS/GLONASS , NFC , USB-Type C port , Dual SIM , 4G VoLTE network support , Dual speakers . Apart from this , Xiaomi has also ditched the 3.5mm headphone jack on the Mi 6 flagship.

The Xiaomi Mi 6 smartphone goes official in India Gold , Silver , Grey , Rose Gold and Purple . Talking about the pricing structure, as from report, the Xiaomi Mi 6 has been priced at Rs.26,999 for 6GB RAM & 64GB storage variant. As of now there is no any informations leaked about pricing segment of 128GB storage varaint.

In China, the Xiaomi Mi 6 has been launched in two storage variants – 6GB RAM with 64GB Inbuilt storage variant will be priced at Yuan 2,499 (which is approximately USD$363 or Rs.23,469) and 6GB RAM with 128GB Inbuilt onboard storage variants has been price at Yuan 2,699 ( which is approximately USD$392 or Rs.25,348) . Further, the Xiaomi company has also launched Mi 6 Ceramic Edition with 6GB RAM and 128 GB inbuilt onboard storage capacity variant with 18-karat gold camera rims which will be priced at Yuan 2,999 (which is approximately USD$435 or Rs.28,165).
