A Chinese analyst Pan Jiutang on the Chinese Microblogging site , Weibo has now revealed that Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 new flagship will be released sometime in Second half of this year 2017.
Now as according to new report , the device is expected to comes with curved AMOLED display with 93% screen-to-body ratio as compared to LCD display 91.3% screen-to-body ratio on the first generation Mi Mix smartphone adopted . The main highlights between the display , the Mi Mix 2 sports Curved AMOLED Display whereas Xiaomi Mi Mix sports LCD Display . Apaer from this , the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 smartphone is expected to comes with in-display fingerprint sensor technology.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 smartphone comes with covered entirely with the display on the front without a physical button . Under the hood , rumors said that it is powered by Snapdragon 835 chipset processor . The device is IP68 certified which means Dust and Water resistant body.
Most of the features and specifications are as same on the Mi Mix 2 smartphone . To recall Xiaomi Mi Mix smartphone , it sports 6.4-inch bezel-less display with 91.3% screen-to-body ratio with a screen resolution 2040
x 1080 pixels . Under the hood , it is powered by 2.35 GHz Snapdragon 821 64-bit quad-core processor integrated with Adreno 530 GPU . Out of the box , the Xiaomi Mi Mix smartphone is running on Android v6.0 Marshmallow operating system with MIUI 8 and is backed by 4,400 mAH inbuilt battery with Quick charge 3.0 technology.
This Dual SIM card standby smartphone sports 16-megapixel primary rear camera with f/2.0 aperture , autofocus , Dual tone LED Flash , phase detection autofocus , 4K video recording capability whereas 5-megapixel front facing selfie camera . Connectivity options on this Mi Mix smartphone are as wifi 802.11 b/g/n , Bluetooth v4.2 , GPS with A-GPS/GLONASS , USB Type-C port , 4G VoLTE network connectivity . The physical measurement of this Mi Mix device be 158.8 x 81.9 x 7.9 mm and the weighes be 209 Grams.
Talking about the storage variants , it is packaging in two variants – 4 GB RAM with 128 GB inbuilt onbaord storage capacity and 6 GB RAM with 256 GB inbuilt onboard storage capacity and the prices will be Yuan 3499 and Yuan 3999 (USD$ or Rs.) respectively . Interestingly , the Xiaomi Mi Mix 6 GB RAM will boasts ceramic body.
As we expect that most of the specification will be remain same on Mi Mix 2 smartphone.
