Today at CES 2017 , the Asus Electronics has launches two new smartphones in the Zenfone lineup series . The two new Asus smartphones are as Asus Zenfone AR and Asus Zenfone 3 Zoom . The Asus has announced the Zenfone AR smartphone with 8 GB RAM and it also support Daydream , Google’s Tango augumented reality software . The latest Asus Zenfone AR smartphone compete with One plus devices.
The Asus Zenfone AR smartphone sports 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display of screen resolution 2560 x 1440 pixels and it’s screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Protection . The device is packaging with 79% percent screen-to-body ratio features . Under the harware part , the Zenfone AR is powered by high-end Qualcomm snapdragon 821 chipset processor whopping 8 GB of RAM – a world’s first smartphone . It supports Adreno 530 Graphic processor for faster experience . The smartphone is avaialble in 6 GB RAM with 32 GB /64 GB storage capacity variants whereas 8 GB RAM with 128 GB /256 GB internal storage capacity varaints . It can be expandable memory up to 128 GB by installing microSD card slot.
On the software , it runs on Android v7.0 Nougat operating system with ZEN UI 3.0 on top of it . In terms of optics section , the Asus Zenfone AR smartphone is equipped with 23-megapixel primary rear camera comes with Dual tone LED Flash , Sony IMX318 Sensor with Tritech autofocus facility , Dual PDAF , Continuos focus , 2nd Generation laser autofocus , 4-axis optical image stabilization , 3-axis Electronic image stabilization , 4K Video recording facility support . There is a 8-megapixel front-facing selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture , 85-degree wide angle lens.
The Asus Zenfone AR has Hybrid Dual SIM card standby (nanoSIM + nanoSIM/microSD card) and it is packed with 3,330 mAH battery power with Qualcomm’s Quick charge 3.0 . The Zenfone AR comes in Charcoal Black colours with leather finishing . It looks very pretty and stylish with leather coating.
The Asus Zenfone AR handset also comes with fingerprint scanner to unlock your device smartly in few seconds and an additional features that adds beauty to this smartphone such as NXP Smart AMP technology , , ASUS SonicMaster 3.0 , DTS Headphone: X for virtual 7.1 surround sound Hi-Res Audio 192kHz/24-bit standard and Mono 5 magnet speaker . Connectvity options on this smartphone are as Wifi 802 .11 AC , Bluetooth v4.2 , USB 2.0 Type-C port , GPS , 4G VoLTE support.
